A fast growing pandemic within Australia, per capita Australians are one of the biggest users of meth in the western world. The nature of the drug and its high use presents a serious public health risk and liability exposure for those who must manage contaminated property.
When Meth is smoked in a home or vehicle it releases vapour that attaches to hard surfaces and permeates porous surfaces. This vapour then crystallises and forms a hazardous residue. It takes just once having smoked in a vehicle to leave a residue behind considered above the national safe guidelines. When contact is made with a contaminated surface the human body absorbs these residues and depending on the levels of contamination may remain in the property or vehicle for several years.

Drug (Meth) Testing
Our team of trained professionals work in accordance with the WHS Act 2021 and we are qualifies to test and remove these substances. We follow the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) protocol for sampling and analysing surfaces.
Drug (Meth) Remediation
We design a decontamination plan specific to the property upon assessment. Our team is trained in the proper cleaning, safe application and handling of specialised chemicals to remove the meth contamination. After each clean further lab test are conducted and a report is provided to the insurer and owner to ensure clearance.
Air Sampling
Certified to perform air sampling. Meth acts differently to that of mould and is less likely to adhere within the system. Air sampling ideally negates that need to flush and replace lines and filters.
